Whatever else is going on in Venezuela, the quality of the musicmaking still astounds. I can't be the only one to listen to this (Shostakovich's Symphony no. 10, second movement, allegedly a musical portrait of Stalin) and think that it sounds almost exactly like an old Soviet orchestra....but this is just a YOUTH orchestra.
